6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kardamow’s liability for any claim related to your subscription or use of our content shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable U.S. and European Union law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
